This is great in Meatballs and on chicken, However I also use this to make an amazing chicken and chorizo pasta bake.
2 diced chicken breasts, diced chorizo, 2 tins of toms, 4 tsp lazy garlic, big sprinkle of smoked paprika, salt and black pepper, big sprinkle of mixed herbs, splash of nandos hot sauce, 2 tbsp of BIG PHAT seasoning. Grill off the chicken and chorizo, while warming the sauce through and cooking the pasta, then add the chicken and chorizo, then the pasta and give it a good stir. Decant into an oven dish and top with mozzarella and a bit more pepper and oregano, cook for 10 mins while the cheese melts 😋🤌
Tip, if you use fresh pasta you don't need to cook it separate, it will cook in the sauce
