Brings out the flavour.

I really like this , it brings out the flavours of the fish more than anything else I have used , I added some herbs and they really stood out more . I won't use anything else now with my fish dishes.

Tried the maple salmon noodle recipe using this rub. 10/10, so good. Upped the salmon game immensely!

Not impressed

This is basically a sweeter version of Sweet Bones without the complexity. It’s very sweet and is only useful on salmon or pork. Shame as there are so many good A@O rubs - this might be destined to sit in the corner and rarely get used. Get Pork Privilege instead for fish or anything or use Sweet Bones with Gaucho. Amazing
