Use our Red Cajun Seasoning to marinade meat, fish, and vegetables. Apply rub to a moist surface at least 1 hour before cooking and allow to soak in, use some olive oil if required. Best cooked away from direct heat to avoid over charring.
Apply an even coating, us at approx. 3-5% meat weight.

This is the best Cajun flavour I have ever had.
As an aficionado of Cajun and Creole cooking and cuisine, and as the title suggests, this is easily the best pre-packed/pre-mixed seasoning I’ve tried to date, and I’ve used many in my time.
Would I recommend it, yes - absolutely. Could it be improved - yes… a touch more cayenne pepper to bring that heat level up slightly more than it is currently. That said, I will certainly be purchasing this one again.
