Rootin' Tootin' Red Cajun Seasoning was developed with inspiration from Louisiana and The Bayou and great for Blackened Fish and Luscious Chicken Thighs.
Think fragrant black pepper, ancho and chipotle chilli, jalapeño and a unique blend of thyme, bay and sage, ooooh!

Use our Red Cajun Seasoning to marinade meat, fish, and vegetables. Apply rub to a moist surface at least 1 hour before cooking and allow to soak in, use some olive oil if required. Best cooked away from direct heat to avoid over charring.
