This was the first rub from Angus & Oink that I used and my god was I one happy customer. I have used a few different rubs from other companies and they never blew my hair back until I tried this rub. It’s fantastic, beautiful flavour and I didn’t even need to make satay sauce it was that good. Can’t recommend enough and I am looking forward to trying their other rubs.
Big fan of Satay flavours always goes down well at BBQ’s having tried numerous recipes and spice mixes. Found Angus & Oink Satay rub and it’s the best dry rub yet, on next batch added some curry powder to give an extra kick. Sauce made as per recipe was delicious.
