Perfect for brisket! Can’t use too much!
Ordered black gold amongst some others. I’ve been using A and O for a while now and was not let down by black gold. It’s the ideal rub for beef short ribs. I even use it to season chicken wings before rubbing with a spicier rub. The stuff’s amazing.
