Gosht Bengali Curry Powder Seasoning

Absolutely amazing made with with Aberdeen Angus steak pieces and wow amazing flavours my new favourite curry to make

Best ever. I’ve done it with lamb with beef and with chicken. Taste lovely with all of the meats. A family favourite where even the kid eats it. Our new favourite curry.

This rub is amazing. Used it to make a turkey thigh curry and the flavours were incredible. Then rubbed a supermarket brisket with it, smoked it, braised it then shredded it onto tacos with red onion a feta, absolutely phenomenal.

Bought this as I’d seen the recipe for Bengali bean stew. The flavour was fantastic. I’m not a vegetarian but this stew was great will definitely be making it again and trying the rub in other dishes

I do not normally buy blended spices for curries and the like as I like to mix them myself. However, I took a punt on this one as I thought the ingredients were intriguing and also it is good to have a quick fix spice mix in the cupboard. Not disappointed at all. Good depth of flavour and versatile to use with meat and veg. Another staple for me.
