Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour. 

Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

H&C = perfection

The absolute best….. rub on a venison rump steak, cook hard and fast on the BBQ and drizzled with the “Ranch” mixed with mayo and lemon juice in a simple soft white roll…… and wash it down with a beer…. Lunch is served my friends…… lunch is served…

Absolutely love the A&O rubs. Exceptional quality and they definately add the wow factor to whatever’s on you utter bbq or in your Airfryer. This is one of my personal favourites and ideal for wings or bone in chicken thighs
