Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour. 

Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

This was the daughters choice used on chicken kebabs as a marinade it has a very nice heat to it with out being to over powering was a winner with friends and family

Simply gorgeous

Slice up chicken breast into a bowl, season heavily and pop in the fridge for the night. Cook on skewers in the air fryer (180 for 8 mins) and you have the most gorgeous sweet and honey chicken. I could literally nibble on this all day!!!!
