Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour. 

Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

So tasty

This is probably my favourite (so far). Perfect marinade for chicken thighs & ribs or sprinkled on a stir fry or roasted Mediterranean veg or roast potatoes during cooking. I will need to purchase the larger size of this one next time.
