Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour.
Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

Lovely on chicken
I bought Angus & Oink Honey Chilli seasoning expecting a nice bit of flavour. What I wasn’t expecting was for it to become the undisputed ruler of my spice cupboard.
This stuff is dangerously good. Sweet, smoky, with just the right amount of chilli kick to remind your taste buds who’s in charge. I’ve put it on chicken, pork, chips, vegetables, and at one point I was seriously considering sprinkling it on my breakfast.
The real problem is that once you’ve tried it, plain food becomes deeply disappointing. Family members have started asking what my secret ingredient is. I tell them it’s years of barbecue experience and culinary talent. It’s actually Honey Chilli doing all the heavy lifting.
Fantastic flavour, ridiculously easy to use, and another absolute winner from Angus & Oink. If they sold this by the bucket, I’d probably buy two.
Highly recommended. My only complaint is that the tub doesn’t magically refill itself.
