Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour. 

Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

Stunning flavour

I love this flavour, I have only used on chicken breats cooked in the air fryer so far and I mixed it with the Garlic Butter seasoning. Absolute chefs kiss. Even the hubby was impressed and that is saying something! Going to try it on pork Belly next 😋
