Inspired by the addictive sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we devoured in Hong Kong, we knew we had to recreate it for you all at home. Heady with Chinese aromatic spices, red pepper and chilli for an authentic flavour. 

Suitable for the oven, air fryer and BBQing. Glaze with extra honey at the end of cooking for the ultimate sticky finger-lickin'!

If you could have one rub in your pantry, this is the one! Absolutely incredible on everything from eggs to pork to beef to fish - the sweet/savoury/chilli/hint of sour is tongue boggling! Never run out of this rub!
