A delicious and refreshing salad with ground meat flavoured by our beautifully fragrant Thai Seasoning
Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 3 tbsp sesame oil

2 Limes, juiced
-
2 tbsp Thai Seasoning

2 Tbsp Fish Sauce

4 Spring Onions, sliced and shredded
- ½ bunch of coriander, chopped

Small bunch of mints, leaves picked and torn

2 Little gem lettuces, leaves separated
- Fresh red chill, sliced.
- Roasted peanuts.
Directions
- Mix together 2 tbsp of the sesame oil, the lime juice, rub you long time and fish sauce. Set aside broth.
Heat the remaining oil in a wok or pan over a medium heat. Add mince pork, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and fry for 5-6 mins, or until golden brown. Stir though the spicy broth and fry for 1-2mis min. Mix through half the spring onions and half the herbs.
- Arrange the lettuce, add the pork mince mixture and drizzle over the spicy dressing. Finish with the remaining herbs, fresh chilli and a dusting of rub.
