Ingredients

For the Cheesy Centre

80g of Grated Mozzarella
80g of Feta Cheese
80g of Grated Mature Cheddar
50g Ricotta or Double Cream
1 Tbs Baharat Seasoning

For The Bread

500g Strong Bread Flour
300ml Lukewarm water
8g Salt
7g Yeast

Directions

Combine the yeast and water, set aside.
Mix sugar and flour. Add water with yeast and mix well to bring together
Then kneed for 10-15 minutes and set aside to prove for 1-1half hours until doubled in size.
Knock back and divide into ball sizes of your choosing.
Set aside and proove for another 30mins to an hour.
Roll out into rectangle shapes and partially fill the centre with cheese mixture. Taper on each end and form “boat” shape.
Cook in hot pizza oven or as-hot-as-it-will-go kitchen oven until the mixture is semi melted and dough is partially cooked.
Make two small indentations and add two eggs. Bake until whites and cooked, but yolks still runny.
Allow to cool a little and then scoff.
