A deliciously quick and easy lunch using our Teriyaki seasoning.
Ingredients
- Pork sholder steaks

1 Carrot
-
1 Floury potato
- 50ml Chicken stock.
- Sub rolls
- Rocket & watercress
- Sauerkraut

Teriyaki Rub about 1tsp per steak

Quick Yakiniku Togorashi pickled carrots and radish.
Directions
Rub pork steaks with Teriyaki rub and leave in a fridge for at least 30 mins, more would be better.
Chop up the carrot and potato in equal size chunks and boil until soft.
Blitz with 50ml of hot chicken stock to for a purée.
Mix in 1 tbsp of teriyaki rub to make a sauce. Adding more water if desired. Set aside
Either in a pan or hot bbq grill, sear your pork sholder steaks, make sure you develope a good crust on each side, cooking until internal hits 71°c and set aside to rest.
Toast your sub rolls and fill. Layer up with salad, sauerkraut, sliced pork, teriyaki sauce, and pickled veg.
