Lahmacun or Lahmadjo is a topped flatbread from the Middle East with minced meat, minced vegetables, and herbs including onions, garlic, tomatoes, red peppers, and parsley. We have flavoured this with our Bharat seasoning but our Shawarma would also work amazing with this too!
