Delicious Lemon Pepper Mussels. Beautiful & fresh flavours ready in no time at all.
Ingredients

500g fresh mussels

150 ml single cream
- 150ml white wine
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 100g unsalted butter

2 tbsp LEMON PEPPER SEASONING
- 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 red chillies, deseeded and diced
Directions
Pop your skillet on your stove or grill, over a medium heat with a knob of butter and splash of Olive Oil.
Prep your veg and chuck the onions in the pan and let them sweat. You want them to go soft and translucent. Add the garlic and chillies, stir for a minute then add the white wine. Crank up the heat and let the sauce reduce before adding the cream and lemon pepper seasoning.
Add the mussels to the pan and stir everything together. If you, place a makeshift lid over the mussels to steam them open. Do this for around 5 minutes then stir in the chopped parsley.
Divide the mussels into two bowls and serve with fresh sourdough to sook up that lovely broth.
