Ingredients

Meat tinsel rub

2 apples

1 sheet Ready rolled puff pastry

1 beaten egg

Toffee sauce
Directions
Pre heat oven 200c (fan)
Roll sheet of pastry out flat from the paper and slice long ways into 1cm strips.
Slice apples into discs and remove cores to make rings.
In a bowl add generous amount of meat tinsel rub and one at a time place apple rings in and coat each side.
Using your pastry strips wrap tightly and slightly overlapping each layer. You will possibly need to use 1 and a half to 2 strips per ring.
Place on a baking sheet and cover in an egg wash. Sprinkle some more meat tinsel on top of the egg wash.
Cook on middle shelf of the oven for around 20 minutes.
Once cooked place on cooling rack.
Once cool drizzle over your preferred toffee sauce and enjoy.
