¼ block butter

Microwave rice - lets keep things quick and easy!
Directions
Set Woodfire to High Grill setting
Thread the shrimps onto the bamboo skewers
Add 1/4 block of butter to a heat proof dish and liberally sprinkle A&O Exodust seasoning on top
Add the butter dish to the Wood Fire and allow to melt, this happens fast!
Place the shrimps on to the grill grate and baste with the melted butter
Add the sliced watermelon to the grill grate
Turn the shrimp after a couple of minutes, this machine moves fast! Baste with the butter again.
Make your pilau rice, we used simple microwave rice and add to a serving dish
Chop up the grilled watermelon into small cubes and mix with lime juice, chopped chillies, diced red onion and chopped chives
Create your plate with the rice, shrimp and watermelon salsa. Add A&O Voodoo mango hot sauce that pairs so well with the Exodust Jerk Powder
