The ULTIMATE Steak Sandwich!
We hope you'll agree that this looks like the ultimate steak sandwich! Kelly has made full use of this month's seasonings in the spotlight and come up with this absolute beauty, in fact it looks so tasty we feel it needs a name better than sandwich 😂 Here Kelly has dusted some sirloin steak in our Braai Seasoning and grilled it up, then added some rocket and horseradish mayo and popped it between to pieces of her amazing Garlic & Herb Focaccia Bread (see recipe below for Kelly's super simple Focaccia). Garlic & Herb Focaccia topped with parmesan, salami milano & sundried tomatoes 🍅
Ingredients 500g strong white flour 300ml luke warm water Packet of dry yeast/ or 25g of fresh yeast 1 tbsp of granulated sugar 1tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp of Garlic & Herb Rub Put yeast and sugar in water and give it 5 minutes to get them going. You will see bubbles rising up. Then add to flour mixed with salt. Knead it for 10minutes. Then place in bowl. Bowl should have a bit olive oil at the bottom so the dough doesn’t stick.
